The price includes:
Rental of the fully equipped cottagefor 1 night, water consumption, use of the automatedwashing machine, woods for heating. In the cottage there are 8 bedspaces intotal (6 beds in 3 bedrooms with 2 bedspaces on the collapsiblesofa in the living room). An unlimited access to internet is forfree!! Parking of 1 car in a roofed lean-to.
Theprice does not include:
Itis necessary to pay the surety of (from 100 EUR in summer, 200 Eur in winter)on the spot according to the type of the stay for possibledamage of equipment andconsumption of the el. energy.
Electric energyconsumption – it is paid on the spot, an obligatory recreationalpayment to the municipality (0,7 EUR per adult person/per day, 0,2 EUR per child to 18 years old/per day),bedlinen + towels + dishcloths inthe kitchen, final cleaning of the cottage 60 E/at the end of the stay.

In the season only week stays arepossible, outside of the season even shorter, minimally 3 nights. For a definitive reservation you need to pay the advance of 60% ofthe total amount of price.
After you pay this advance you willreceive confirmation of your reservation.
